This is a contract to hire role and our client is looking for candidates that are driven, dedicated, and determined to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. (Possible Overtime)
- Serves patients over the phone with the initial order of medical supplies and related products.
- Answers/Responds to patient calls and routes calls promptly.
- Maintain high call volume each day
- Provides excellent customer service while obtaining patient demographics
- Ship products to patients
- Work closely with other Billing, Insurance and Physician Support departments to confirm patient orders are eligible to ship
- Maintains accurate and detailed records in company database
- Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
- Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based upon the needs of the department
Required education & professional experience
- Must have experience working in customer support in an office setting
- Confidence in learning quickly.
- Database data entry experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
- Type minimum 35 wpm
- Work history of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Excellent customer service skills, including phone and inter personal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Some experience with medical insurance and/or durable medical equipment (DME) a plus.
