Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Assist the PRHTA's Materials Office in meeting compliance requirements of FHWA in relation to protocols and implementation of their QA program.
• Advise and support the office in close coordination with the Director of the Office and FHWA personnel.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of experience in highway design and related design guidelines and regulations.
• Active Member of CIAPR
• Knowledgeable in PRHTA's design guidelines and construction specifications, and more specific for the ones related to material testing.
• Experience in pavement preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
