HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

We seek an individual to be part of a fast-growing company. We are quickly changing and growing globally and are searching for a self-starter, a knowledgeable individual who wants to be part of our culture while focusing on the work it takes to keep everything on track. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts. Furthermore, this position's primary responsibility will be establishing new accounts to meet quarterly revenue targets, individual sales productivity goals and manage CVT sales objectives. Eventually this position will also be responsible for growing Cryopak packaging sales in addition to CVT sales. This position will also oversee the CVT help desk activities. This person will be an integral part of our company culture.

What you will do :

• Manage in-house orders, attend production meetings, work with the operations team and communicate lead times to the customer
• Place outgoing calls within existing accounts to build relationships, conduct surveys and promote new products
• Prospecting for new accounts
• Assist outside sales in various functions
• Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads to initiate the sales process
• Prepare quotes and proposals for CVT products and services
• Determine strategic approaches for sales
• Weekly pipeline reporting, projects status reporting, HubSpot updating and all other reporting mandatory on a weekly basis.
• Working with the Operations Manager and Service Director to ensure planning for accounts
• Oversee CVT help desk activities and efficiency.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

• Strong Sales prospecting
• Excellent phone demeanor
• 2 years of experience in sales ( selling commodities or services)
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, persistent, and determination
• Some CRM and HubSpot experience or familiarity

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Preferred Qualifications):

• 2 years of related sales experience
• high school diploma required - bachelor's degree preferred
