We are seeking a focused, friendly, and driven Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Work within a team environment where passion and dedication to our clients is priority
- Promptly respond to emails and phone calls from customers, suppliers, freight companies and internal employees
- Manage calendars and coordinate project deadlines
- Interact and establish networking relationships with outside customers/vendors, and executives in a professional manner
- Serve as liaison with other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational activities and problems
- Receive, organize, and send out shipping papers
- Review orders for accuracy and completion, ensuring correct quotes and pricing
- Process all product returns
- Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal Administrative Assistant will have:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
