Project Manager

CRI has an immediate opening for a Project Manager to join our team on a growing number of security installation projects. We are seeking candidates with 4-5 years’ experience in security installation project management with an emphasis on Lenel installations. Organized self-starters who work well in a dynamic team are ideal for this opportunity. This unique position will combine elements of engineering, proposal writing and project management in support our Federal government clients.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security clearance. Core work hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Government holidays. CRI is conveniently located in Tysons Corner VA, within walking distance from the new Greensboro metro stop on the Silver line.

Project Manager will:

• Provide top-notch support to our Federal government customers

• Need to understand the integrated security systems project life cycle and possess a minimum of 4 years of actual project management experience

• Need to have working knowledge of access control, CCTV and IDS design and installation

• Perform site walk-offs for access control, CCTV and IDS to provide fully engineered proposals to customers

• Interface with project stakeholders and multiple trades to provide oversight and coordination of project deliverables

• Participate in negotiations with high-level stakeholders and help the team with process improvements

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to include project status, milestones, achievements and budgetary standing for the entire project life cycle

• Ensure resolution and effective escalation of issues while ensuring strong scope control

• Possess oral and written communication skills to correspond effectively with a variety of people including upper management

• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project; experience with Access is preferred but not required
