Under the direct supervision of the Inside Sales & Marketing Manager, the Sales and Project Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating, coordinating, and prospecting new and existing business. The duties of this position will include assisting the Sales & Marketing department, project management, generating quotes, regular order follow-up with customers and collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide industry leading service to our customers. Independent judgement and ability to multitask is required to plan, prioritize, and organized a diversified workload. The ideal candidate has above average communication skills, exemplary attention to detail and the possession of a keen sense of follow through.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain current and accurate date in NetSuite and other CRM applications
  • Generate sales proposals and quotes based upon customer needs
  • Assist, maintain and manage customer relations
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders for standard products and services, requests for prices and quotations
  • Maintain current training and product knowledge to be able to answer questions regarding products, specs, prices, availability, or credit terms
  • Sales administration for all aspects of the company's business
  • Order entry of equipment to vendors
  • Coordinate logistics for freight carriers for new equipment sales
  • Send out PM renewal quotes and create new PM customer packets
  • Verify and approve vendor invoices for payment
  • Assist with marketing and website design
  • Develop web content and ensure all Company website content is up to date
  • Ensure all social media marketing visuals are on-brand and representative of Company values
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements to create effective sales and marketing opportunities with current customers and engage with new customers
  • Be a team player. Proactively collaborating with fellow internal stakeholders to achieve department and Company goals


  • Bachelor or Associates degree in related field (or work experience equivalent)
  • Experience with CRM management, NetSuite is highly recommended
  • Basic acumen and skill in business administration
  • Excellent customer service skill and experience
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
  • Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
  • Solid project management skills with ability to drive projects from start to finish, including managing peers and individual's senior to this role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
