Responsibilities: Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients • Use your creativity and ambition as an entrepreneur to grow a business • Educate your clients on their protection and coverages • Create and manage your office and staff to grow your business • Establish valuable community partnerships • Collaborate with COUNTRY Financial specialists and experts to meet client needs • Proactively and clearly communicate to strengthen trust with clients Qualifications: Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Candidates must have an insurance license Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations Experience with accounting and or sales lead software is a plus Our best Agents come from a wide variety of prior experience, but they all have these in common: • An ambitious entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen • A strong track record of achievement and personal growth • Property/Casualty State Insurance License • Life/Health State Insurance License About Company: For more than 90 years, COUNTRY Financial has been dedicated to helping others plan for their future while also protecting what’s important in life.
