This Position will be located in Toledo, OH!

Position Purpose:

The Call Center Representative I will support the needs of our membership by actively seeking out opportunities within the Call Queue to proactively develop the members’ relationship with CCF. They also provide support by interacting with members via email, chat and other digital media platforms as appropriate.

What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Ensure each member receives outstanding member service through inbound calls, outbound calls, and digital platforms.
  • Enhance the financial lives of our members by proactively identifying and assisting members to achieve their short and long-term financial needs and goals, through active listening and confidently recommending appropriate products and services utilizing a consultative, relationship-building sales approach.
  • Update and maintain accurate member account information with close attention to detail. 
  • Process transactions promptly, efficiently and accurately including deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and loan payments, etc.
  • Participate actively in monthly sales meetings and call nights.
  • Work within all CU policies and operating procedures.
  • Be a Utility Player by performing other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

What You'll Bring To CCF:

  • Act as a role model as demonstrated by professional business appearance, enthusiastic tone and demeanor, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a proactive sales position providing excellent customer service, preferably in a high-volume Call Center environment.
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial information. 
  • Basic math aptitude.
  • Proven proactive sales aptitude resulting in meeting goals.  
  • Working proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment with basic data entry skills.
  • Ability to be bonded.

Monday - Friday 7:50AM to 6PM; Rotating Saturdays 8:50AM to 1PM.
