The COR Wellness Program Leader drives the design, operations, visibility, and accountability for the client contracted program services. The role drives participant engagement and is accountable for delivering on both COR and client objectives. This role is the primary account liaison responsible for all COR program operations which may include full or partial Wellness Coach duties. This role requires the incumbent to act as the intermediary between client senor leadership and human resource teams, and the COR management staff. This role supervises all COR employees and contractors dedicated to the client and reports directly to the COR Operations Manager.
Essential Functions- Direct and lead COR and client onsite goals and objectives to meet contract commitments.Develop and coordinate COR resources to design, modify, or manage COR program. Lead and manage COR onsite program, communications, and engagement efforts.Represent COR at all required company events and senior level meetings. Perform all onsite Wellness Coaching duties to provide structural, metabolic and cognitive coaching plans according to COR standards and guidelines.
Program Duties- Responsible for onsite participant engagement and program success.Responsible for managing the COR onsite office and facility needs.Create and/or implement the COR program strategy, defined by quarterly that aligns to COR contract deliverables for client outcomes.Create and/or advise on all onsite program and participant activities including scheduling, communications, company events and client staff meetings.Develop verbal and written onsite communication and program marketing plans.Integrate and represent client; leadership and HR team. Operate as program manager, adjunct HR staff, and wellness coach. Lead annual onsite wellness program and challenges.
Supervise and lead all COR onsite employees and contractors. Responsible for monthly COR operations reports and data collection.
Wellness Coach Duties
Perform all responsibilities of the COR Wellness Coach as required by contract and according to COR operational process and HIPAA standards.Collaborate with all COR onsite staff which includes chiropractors and/or additional onsite wellness coaches to design and deliver participant care plans.Coach, guide, lead participant plans to improve structural, metabolic, and cognitive health using behavior change coaching techniques. Adhere to COR intake and process requirements for participant engagement and utilize COR toolkit to document and measure participant progress.Demonstrate measurable improvement of each participant.
