Sales Admin Support - DIRECT HIRE

Job Summary:

  • Order entry
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Process invoices and credits for major national accounts
  • Arrange freight for inbound/outbound purchase orders
  • Communicate with customers, brokers, and branches regarding sales
  • General office and administrative tasks including email, phone calls, filing
  • Other related duties as needed

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Prior experience with purchasing preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent English language and communication skills
  • Proficient in typing and 10-key

Other Qualifications:

  • Dependable work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven record of maintaining high accuracy under tight deadlines
