Job Responsibilities
Reception
· Answer multi-line phone system, determine purpose of call and transfer to the appropriate personnel
· Enthusiastically and professionally welcome and direct visitors to the company; notify appropriate employee upon arrival
· Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of office space including but not limited to reception and kitchen areas, conference rooms, and supply closets
Administrative Duties
· Support executive leadership member’s calendars and other general business needs as requested
· Assist Operations team with data entry during times of higher volume
· Other assignments or projects supporting internal departments
Ordering Supplies/Office Duties
· Monitor office supplies inventory and submit order supply as needed
· Receive and organize supply order and when needed distribute specialty items when delivered
· Maintain printers, copy machines with toner, paper, clear paper jams if possible, and contact
service provided for additional maintenance when applicable
· Maintain kitchen supply items
· Coordinate all catering orders for office events/meetings as requested
