Customer Service - Sales Support

We are looking for a strong Customer Service professional to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Send out weekly status reports to all customers
  • Maintain and verify open orders by reviewing factory status reports for accuracy and changes
  • Communicate any changes or potential issues to the appropriate sales person and project manager
  • Process and review all reorders
  • Work collaboratively with traffic to ensure accurate information is communicated
  • Obtain air freight quotes for customers
  • Create sample letters, label samples and send for customer review
  • Provide packing lists to customers
  • Collaboratively manage quality issues with company personnel and with customers
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detailed oriented with good written and verbal communication skills

  • Teamwork oriented by putting success of team above own interests
  • Able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations while responding promptly to customer needs

  • Gathers information skillfully and develops alternative solutions when needed

  • Adapts to changes in the work environment while managing complex demands

  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events

  • Highly proficient in MS Office products with an emphasis on excel
