We are currently looking for a dedicated, motivated, & hard-working Customer Service Representative (CSR) who wants a fulfilling career, who believes in our motto, & cares about helping others.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of CSR experience required.
  • (Related experience &/ training in customer service, dispatching, or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • A clear & professional speaking voice as being on the phone is a huge part of this position.
  • Excellent communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic & passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Multi-Tasking
  • Clean, neat, professional appearance.
  • Good computer skills with common knowledge of office applications such as MS Word, & MS Excel are required (moderate or higher knowledge is preferred).
  • Should also be familiar with the use of smartphones, email, & text messaging.

Desired Qualification:

  • Dispatching or schedule coordinating experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC or similar industry

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone promptly & professionally.
  • Schedule & book service or sales appointments when current & prospective clients call.
  • Perform dispatching & scheduling of service technicians, sales, installers, & other resources & debrief upon completion of each job &/ estimate.
  • Call clients to confirm maintenance appointments & schedule accordingly.
  • Grow, monitor, & maintain our Loyalty program; update change of ownership, add new install job information, & review the reason for non-renewals.
  • Process, record, & file paperwork from service technicians, installers, sales. Process or confirm payment receipts from the clients as well as respect the confidentiality of all information received or seen.
  • Communicate clearly, precisely, & in a friendly manner with customers, associates, superiors, & vendors. Effectively take & deliver messages as appropriate. Ensure messages are received & follow up as appropriate.
  • Efficiently manage time & schedules
  • Must be capable of understanding client needs, & favorably influencing their decision.
  • Constantly (want to) be learning through training, vendors, staff, & independent study.
  • Be (become) familiar with our company, products, & services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
