Busy International Insurance company is seeking a professional, front desk Administrative Assistant to handle the following:
- Manage calendar for CEO, Chairman & an SVP
- Manage day to day receptionist duties, such as ordering kitchen supplies, office supplies, answering the phone, signing for deliveries, distributing mail, coordinating meetings in conference rooms, making reservations for lunch meetings, ordering food to the office for any lunch and learns, add guests to security list, etc.
- Help with any ad-hoc type projects
- Assist in marketing items, such as social media posts, newsletters, website updates, etc.
