Operations Manager

• Work with the Owner/CEO in building a culture of Customer First Professionalism

• Establishes a short list of Operating KPI’s and report to measure those KPI’s.

• Manage Annual budget, which includes, sales, cash, inventory, capital expenditures, expenses and profit.

• Continue to evolve Standard Operating Procedures and corresponding documentation

• Further develop necessary company procedures like the inventory management system

• Maintain proper inventory levels

• Maintain 5 star review across all platforms currently utilized

• Continue to evolve Standard Operating Procedures and corresponding documentation

Company Overview

CNT Foundations provides Turnkey Solutions for Homeowners and Commercial property owners that suffer from foundation settlement, wood rot, crawl space issues, moisture control issues, settling concrete, and all forms of foundation repair throughout North Carolina South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. CNT has been growing approximately 20% YOY. CNT also manufactures and installs helical piles and provides GEO solutions from Delaware to Florida.

Lastly CNT also installs concrete foundations and masonry work in the Low Country. Job Description

We are looking for a candidate that has a demonstrated ability to lead people and develop/manage processes. CNT needs a person that has been there and done thatThe ideal candidate will have a white collar mentality with a blue collar lining. They will understand how to generate and manage KPI’s, and relate to field teammates who are down in the trenches getting the job done. Maintaining roll out ready equipment, trucks and inventory levels. Assist in the adaptation and evolution that comes with continued and rapid growth into new markets, the addition of new product lines, and services. Providing the leadership for the troops and digesting the micro to produce a macro report for the CEO. The Operations Manager will communicate with customers, ensuring that the CNT experience and standards are maintained.

Essential Functions

• Champion own safety by modeling behaviors, maintaining a drug free work environment, and performing corrective action when appropriate.

• Serve as point of contact with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Manage and oversee the execution of field deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.

• Manage the planning and executing of projects by organizing work methods and developing schedules.

• Manage cost control, margin expectations, productivity, change orders and equipment reporting.

• Manage and develop labor and employee relations.

• Ensure all project work is compliant with installation standards and is being performed safely and correctly.

• Promote, hire, and fire team members.


• High School Diploma

• 2 Year Degree or greater preferred

• Valid Drivers License

• 100K + salary depending on experience

• Relocation Package Available if Required
