    We are looking for a competent Medical Call center to be part of our call center team. You will be responsible for receiving calls of patients and assisting them with an questions or service information and resolve issues.

    An excellent medical call center must have customer service and experience. The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and be able to lead and motivate. You will be organized and reliable as well as results-oriented.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle patient inquires and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product and services
    • Document and update patient records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in call center or customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Clinical Certification required
    • Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
    • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
    • Working knowledge of MS Office
    • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • High school diploma
