What We Are Looking For

CIAL D&B is looking for a Headquarter-based Administrative Assistant to directly support the Chief Revenue Officer for its LATAM-based operations in his daily tasks. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is punctual, works well in a high energy environment, is a quick learner and a self-starter. The role is an opportunity for a candidate with strong growth aspirations to work closely with CIAL's C-suite team in further developing our company and achieving our goals and aspirations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for inbound and outbound communication, applying discretion and judgement when dealing with sensitive information
  • Extensive calendar management via Outlook which includes scheduling meetings, conference calls, addressing meeting conflicts and assisting with hosting video conferences
  • Establish communications between executives and other team members across our regions
  • Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Prepare and submit travel and business-related expense reports on a timely basis
  • Arrange all aspects of domestic and international travel which includes booking flights, providing travel itinerary, arranging hotels and car service
  • Coordinate and/or lead ad hoc projects
  • Assist and take notes on meetings and calls
  • Stock and maintain office pantry
  • Review salesforce dashboards and create summaries

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish a requirement. Live translation is required. Portuguese a plus.
  • Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Proficient in all Office365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.). Salesforce a plus
