CHECKredi is the leading provider of NSF check recovery and credit card processing. We are a full service payment processing company that specializes in small to midsize businesses. We work with merchants throughout North America to provide business owners with the most cost effective ways to accept a variety of payments including Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express/Debit Cards and Checks.
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls to gather or clarify information with accounts
* Accurately document all information pertaining to accounts
* Interact with internal and external customers in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact and professionalism
* Ability to negotiate with customers
* Conduct every call according to the call model
* Posses investigative techniques and processes to identify the true reason for the account in order to aid in a one call resolution
* Receive research and respond to incoming questions; provide information, explain policies and procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution
* Review, process and verify accounts and account balances
* Professional appearance, demeanor and attitude
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent Spanish is a plus but not required
* Must be professional when handling conflict, ability to diffuse situations and be self-motivated
Requirements (responsibilities will include):
* Maintain positive customer relationship
* Navigate through multiple phone lines and computer skills
* Prior experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
* $12.00-$15.00 per hour
