Mon - Fri: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Mon - Fri: 11:45 a.m. - 8:15 p.m.
Mon - Fri: 12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Wed - Sun: 11:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.
Tue - Sat: 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m
- Ensure that all service orders are scheduled, and completed.
- Monitor system operations to detect potential problems by performing basic diagnostic testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to team members
- Track the timely shipping and delivery of parts to the customer site.
- Provide quality assurance review of new and existing software products
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
