Parlour Ice Cream House Ice Cream Specialist

Full-time $12-15 per hour + tips
This is a year-round full-time position where you will be an integral part of our team. We will train you to make our signature ice cream and gelato at Parlour Ice Cream House. You will also spend a portion of the year at CH Patisserie working alongside our pastry team in a high-volume, innovative, fast-paced, and guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities and experience should include:
- A willingness to learn new skills
- Attention to kitchen cleanliness
- This position requires standing, walking and kneeling
- Qualified applicants must be able to lift 50lbs
We will train you in the following:
- Scale recipes and follow mixing procedures
- General knife handling, as needed
- Making our signature ice cream and gelato
