The Operations Admin will be cross trained in multiple departments. Their main functionality is to provide support to the operational teams during their busy times each month.
- Manage client email process for closing, post-closing, and title departments.
- Assist with sending out closing packages.
- Assist with scanning.
- Assist with post-closing documentation.
- Assist recording team with sending recorded documents back to clients.
