The Document Management Specialist - Final Modifications ensures that all Final Documents have been QC’d and countersigned correctly and within the parameters provided. The Team Member ensures all documents are completed within the SLA (per contract). In addition, the position will also be assisting the Scan Room as well as be available to Index using the SRT so that the department can complete their daily goals.
Retrieve Tif attachments from designated folder.
Image all Tif attachments into the proper fields in SRT.
Verify that final documents have been QC’d and correctly countersigned.
Verify that final documents have been completed according to SLA (contract).
Organizing Daily Reports from Client.
Pull Final Mods from the safe room.
Assist Scan Room and Index when needed.
May perform minor maintenance on office/mail room equipment.
Move or lift boxes or containers of documents for preparation and processing.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee will view, have access to, and work with confidential financial data.
The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Three (3) or more years Mortgage lending experience preferred
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Must possess knowledge of banking/lending industry documentation, strong sense of urgency with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Requires a high level of attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Computer formats (PDF, TIF, JPG).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
