Overview of the Customer Service Position:
- Assisting customers as they call the facility
- Annotating notes into the database to ensure accurate data entry for the future
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Strong communication skills are a must
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Customer Service representative or something comparable is a must
- Strong attention to detail and communication is a must
- Strong data entry skills are a plus
