New Business Development: FS – Wealth Management Market

As a New Business Associate, you will have the opportunity to present comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to the Global Wealth Management market. Typical buyers of our products are the Executive Level Audience, including the Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Business Unit Executives, and Learning and Development Executives.

You will be responsible for establishing new client relationships, meeting target revenue goals, and cross-selling existing client relationships.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Creating account plans for target and existing accounts
  • Identifying prospective clients within assigned territory
  • Identifying leads through outbound calling, e-mail, and direct mail
  • Scheduling in-person meetings and/or conference calls, and online demos
  • Understanding client needs and assisting in preparation of proposals
  • Closing opportunities and assisting in transition of projects to client services
  • Updating opportunities, account and contact information in CRM system
  • Forecasting sales projections
  • Meeting activity and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the Financial Services Industry (consultative sales experience preferred, software sales a plus)
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
  • Ability to meet personal and team, and activity and revenue goals
  • Ability to travel
