Finance & Pay Items:

• We offer $2,500 Transition Bonus per seated truck
• Competitive pay package including fuel surcharge reimbursement on loaded miles
• Detention, layover, and accessorial pay
• Productivity Bonus - 11K or more miles a month qualifies an additional .03 on all miles ran for a solo
• Productivity Bonus - 18K or more miles a month qualified an additional .08 on all miles ran for a team (40% of IC teams are currently achieving, 35% of all IC solos currently receive)
• CFI pays all tolls, escort fees, scales, any other fees needed for loads as they arise
• Provides toll device with weigh station bypass along with all permit items needed
• Shared cost with CFI on base plates
• Parking Reimbursement when in a loaded status
• Fuel Surcharge Reimbursement on loaded miles
• Trucker Tax Service and Accounting (ATBS) – $22.99 per week
• Financial settlements weekly
• Paid IFTA
• Additional pay based on number of trucks

Safety:

• FMCSA monitoring and notice of safety and regulatory changes
• In cab outward facing cameras to encourage safe driving habits and reduce DOT reportable incidents
• Safety and performance recognition programs

Operations:

• We plan the trucks/no work for fleet owner
• Extensive freight base of long-haul, no touch loads
• Dedicated IC Team - From orientation to dispatch, we are here to assist you.
• Moblecom devices and HOS/ELD monitoring
• 365 24/7 night and weekend dispatch support - Fleet Advisor, Safety Dept. and Road Service always available.

• Access to CFI discounts on tires and fuel
• Free Truck Wash at CFI Joplin and Laredo locations

• Discounted labor rates on select repairs at the Joplin headquarters
• Provide the annual DOT inspection at no charge if done in Joplin
