What exactly does a Half-Retire Coach do?
The Half-Retire® program was created by CEO Focus, a leader in the peer group/mastermind business (www.ceofocus.com). We saw so many business owners needing a creative exit solution that we developed the Half-Retire® system.
Half-Retire coaches work one-on-one with business owners implementing our trademarked system. Coaches also work with mastermind groups of Half-Retiring business owners to leverage the dynamics of a mastermind group. Groups meet once per month. Groups consist of 8-14 members from various industries and backgrounds.
How long have you been around?
CEO Focus was formed in 2003 and we’ve been working with clients to Half-Retire since the beginning.
I’ll bet there is a ton of cold calling or some nasty sales activity
There is NO cold calling. We have a robust digital marketing system that generates member and workshop leads. You will not be required to do the nasty part of selling. However, you will be required to assist us in marketing efforts. We use a seminar marketing approach. Marketing can do a big part of filling the room with prospects. Ideal candidates will be able to assist in getting prospects to the seminars.
What drives clients to buy?
We provide clients an option that has not existed previously. Our clients cannot afford to sell their businesses, so they are not in the market for exit planning expertise or a business broker. However, they desperately want the stress and workload of their business to go away.
