CEI Engineering is seeking a Project Coordinator at our office in Bentonville, AR. The Project Coordinator is expected to work in a fast-paced environment performing a variety of support for the project management team in a production setting.

  • Receives and distributes project design documents to and from jurisdictions for permitting assistance and coordinates with the project team.
  • Assists with the distribution of project design documents to and from Clients.
  • Creates, maintains, monitors, and updates project schedules throughout the project utilizing project management software (i.e. Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Assists the project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapts schedules and work tasks accordingly.
  • Provide organized consistent and effective project support to designated Project Management Team members and external clients, subcontractors and vendors.
  • Efficiently and effectively develops, process, organize, copy and file routing of project management related forms and documents, Submittal documents, Requests for Information, contractor submittals, contracts, purchase orders, work orders, amendments, meeting minutes, construction permits, project schedule updates, project team correspondences and communications.
  • Scheduling and attending Pre-Development Meetings with City and County Jurisdictions.
  • Perform site visits to gather information for the project development.
  • Performs research and completes Site Investigation Reports.
  • Bidding Process (i.e. Bid Selection, Bidders list, Issuance of Bid documents, follow-up calls to Subcontractors, etc.).
  • Accurately collect and organize project closeout information.
  • Reviewing permitting package submittals and re submittal documents for completion. Coordination with project team to address any incomplete information.
  • Mid-month budget reviewing and reporting with project management team.
  • Department billing reporting.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or training and experience
  • A minimum of two to four years related experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office Suite
  • Valid state Driver's License
