EverCheck creates helpful, easy-to-use software that reduces administrative burdens and helps our healthcare workers get back to doing the most important parts of their jobs.

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to join the team. This full-time account management position is open in both our locations - Boulder, CO and Jacksonville Beach, FL. To best serve our clients, the schedule for this position will be 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.

Position Description:
EverCheck specializes in license verification for the healthcare space. Client Success Managers are responsible for providing "WOW customer service" and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.

Our clients are high-level healthcare executives, and our most successful CSMs have demonstrated experience in balancing the technical aspects of software account management with extraordinary relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise-level clients in the software/SaaS field.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Sales and relationship-building experience, ideally with enterprise-level clients
  • Experience working in the software industry is preferred
  • Experience in training customers or giving high-level presentations or demos
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional capacity for empathy

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as owner of various client accounts and ensure clients' success.
  • Train assigned clients and system users on use of EverCheck features.
  • Focus on client retention and building long-term relationships with our partners.
  • Identify opportunities and proactively offer solutions to clients.
  • Creatively utilize resources and work cross-departmentally to resolve software issues and client questions.
  • Gather client feedback and advocate for client needs and issues.
  • Assist with account implementations and ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

This full-time sales position is open in both our locations - Boulder, CO and Jacksonville Beach, FL and is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless otherwise required by project activities. The target pay range for this role is $50,000-60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and geographic location market value and accompanied by our full benefits package.
