Job title: Account Executive

Location: Hybrid remote/in-office work schedule; must be located in Boulder, CO or Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Org Chart: Mid-level sales professional; reports to CRO

Position Description:

EverCheck’s software reduces administrative burden for our healthcare heroes, enabling them to focus on patient work instead of paper work. With 375+ partners across the US, we’re looking for team members to join us in growing the nation’s premier Clear To Work® platform for healthcare.

EverCheck Account Executives are here to advance EverCheck’s growth goals. This includes helping us achieve our revenue goals as well as increased market presence through new logo acquisition. We are preparing to launch new products in 2022 and will require additional salespeople to help us go to market with these new products without taking attention away from our existing product lines.


  • Convert sales opportunities into contracts and meet annual sales goals.
  • Develop a cold call strategy to generate new leads.
  • Lead prospects through the sales process, from qualification through contract negotiation and ultimately activation of services.
  • Provide on-site presentations to prospective clients as needed.
  • Provide a response to RFP requests and manage the bidding process for prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events on occasion to promote lead generation.
  • Provide WOW customer service to our clients and prospects.
  • Work alongside the implementation team to support the onboarding of new clients into the system.
  • Track leads and activity using EverCheck’s CRM.
  • Work closely with management on annual planning and new product development.
  • The ability to travel to and from client sites throughout the United States is essential.

What you bring to the team:

  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, with a proven record of attaining sales goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong understanding of web-based cloud applications and technology.
  • Professional presence is necessary for this client-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills will ensure successful presentations with high-level executives.
  • Experience using various sales techniques to identify new prospects and build a pipeline, including cold-calling and using social network tools.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Healthcare background a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and creative.

This full-time position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless otherwise required by project activities. The target base pay range for this role is $60,000-75,000 annually; eligible for commissions on sales, with guaranteed commissions for year 1 and year 2. Pay is commensurate with experience and geographic location market value and accompanied by our full benefits package.
