Duties:

  • Performs IT support activities related to client interfacing and internal applications, systems and hardware support, and may interface with internal users on related problem resolutions.
  • Handles service calls originating through thehelp desk ticketing portal.
  • Provides Tier 1 level troubleshooting of service calls.
  • Performs software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting of MS Windows-based PCs.
  • Manages numerous administrative tasks, including but not limited to: physical inventory, system imaging, online monitoring, and report generation.
  • Creates and maintains MS Windows domain accounts through the identity lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoots operating systems for desktops using built-in tools and MS resources.
  • Provides troubleshooting of hardware including PC Desktops, servers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Configuresand maintains domain-joined workstations,laptops, andprinters.
  • May participate in the planning and implementation of technical projects which impact the user base.
  • May be responsible for constructing a computer from individual components including but not limited to: system board, power supply, hard drive, CD/DVD/RW-CD drive, adapters- NIC, video, sound, mouse, keyboard, monitor or printer.
  • Performs other IT related duties as assigned.


Skills:

  • 5 - 7years of IT-related experience
  • AD user and group management
  • PC repair
  • Basic networking and security troubleshooting
  • Basic IP Telephony troubleshooting
  • Windows and Mac PC OS troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office troubleshooting
