A Conco Management Group Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison between CCMG and their customers. Mostly fielding questions from existing customers, potential customers and end users who are interested in our products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Educate customers on products and services offered.
Resolve issues, gather and provide information; offering assistance and solutions.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Assist with order processing for non-recurring accounts.
Assist with quote maintenance.
Build positive relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: ( Required )
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 or more years of customer service/sales experience on the phone or in person
Flexible work schedule, subject to change based on business needs.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Associates or bachelors degree in business or related field.
