CCMC has a full-time Maintenance and Operations Coordinator position open at Desert

Mountain in Scottsdale, AZ!

At CCMC, our Maintenance and Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing our

The Maintenance and Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Operations and Community Manager to meet the needs of our Board of Directors and residents, preserve and enhance property values, and ensure the safety of our residents, guests and employees.

 

What you’ll accomplish:

· Maintain complete and accurate records of maintenance programs, including complaints, service

schedules, and other pertinent information.

· Interpret, implement and oversee adherence to company standards and applicable laws.

· Prepare and submit to the Director of Operations regular reports of maintenance activities including
inspections of ongoing maintenance and service or other related projects.

· Assist in gathering information regarding specifications for bids, and requests for proposals from
independent contractors and assist their oversite.

· Participate in the ongoing process to improve service levels with the Landscape /Infrastructure and
Safety/Access Committee.

 

What we’re looking for:

· Self-motivated and able to work, communicate, and tactfully deal with people on all levels of the
community.

· Must be a good negotiator and project manager, who is adept at persuading / managing people, possesses
good analytical skills and is resourceful and creative.

· Strong computer, written, and oral communications, presentation, and project management skills with
good organization and attention to detail.

· Ability to resolve concerns and complaints from an owner, guest, employee, or other Community-related
issues.

· Ability to work in extreme temperatures winter and summer, to lift 50 lbs. and work safely at heights up to
20 feet.

· Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and landscape maintenance.

· A professional, well-groomed appearance.
