Position Objective: To hire, train and manage a transportation fleet of 60+ drivers delivering and picking up from our multistate customers with a relentless focus on On-Time Deliveries and Customer Service.
Essential Minimum Job Requirements:
▪ 3 + years of direct management experience in fleet transportation and logistics with 50+ drivers ▪ Experience with transportation concepts such as forecasting, planning, logistics, delivery performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence ▪ Successful Experience Hiring and Training CDL Drivers ▪ Complete understanding of DOT Rules and Regulations ▪ Strong Verbal and Communication Skills ▪ Must be flexible to work weekends and perform On-Call duties to Support our 24 hour/7 days a week operation ▪ A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
