The Role: In the role of WorkforceManagement Analyst, the individual will be responsible for ensuring compliancewith the Fair Workweek legislation and labor laws in conjunction withoperational standards as it pertains to our restaurant locations, particularlyin New York City, Philadelphia, and all other areas where the company operateswhere matters of compliance require additional process. The individual will beresponsible for the implementation of Operational and People + Culture Tools tobuild capacity in operational leaders to support a culture of accountabilityaround compliance.

In addition, this individual will help leaders to identifyand address operational issues to help foster a positive work environment that alignswith our mission and values. This role will support people development bytraining teams to be successful in their understanding and execution of day-to-dayoperations as it relates to these standards. What You'll Do: Ensure theorganization's business practices are following pertinent local, state, andfederal regulatory measures.

Identify theorganization's need to be compliant and create plan to implement change. Support training around knowledge of internalprocesses for team members at all respective levels necessary Support audit processes in a variety of functions toensure consistent application and rigor. Preparereports about activities for Operations and specific departments to ensurecompliance with regulatory measures and internal processes.

Monitorand review tools to ensure functionality and follow up with appropriate partiesregarding resolution of discrepancies. Collaboratewith HR and Learning + Development partners to execute training to solutions tomeet business needs. Readilyanswer questions and provide direct guidance to leaders regarding policy,process, and system as it relates to our adherence to the regulatory measure.

Championand support Human Resources service delivery processes. Exercisea strong sense of integrity and accountability to ensure processes are thoroughand accurate. Supportinitiatives and related projects to fortify internal policies and standard ofprocess to ensure compliance standards for the organization.

The Skills: Restaurant/hospitalitybackground preferred with experience in operations, human resources, compliance,or administration. Have detailed knowledge and can stay current onpertinent changes in regulations that impact the restaurants. Demonstrates at a high-level operational knowledgeregarding Fairwork Week and other measures of regulatory process.

Provides strong critical thinking skills, as well isdetailed orientated and analytical insight. Displays a high sense of urgency and can adapt torapid change. Exhibits exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Shows an ability to make good decisions in timelymanner, makes good judgment. Demonstrates the ability to multi-task andprioritize work with competing deadlines. Must be able to travel up to 30% is required.
