Senior Business and Operations Analyst:

This role is to serve as a conduit in theevaluation of processes, procedures, tools and systems by gathering informationthrough data to understand potential improvements, efficiencies, and tools tokeep CAVA as a leader in the industry. Leading the process cross-functionallythe story will be shown through data and dollars where we can maximize allparts of our business maximizing the best possible outcome for our teams andour fanatics.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform correlation analysis with multitude of variables (Sales, Labor, Turnover, Guest Satisfaction….etc.) to provide insights for operational improvements and initiatives
  • Gather data and analyze solutions as well as track performance data of pilot stores, calculate and communicate ROI of pilot projects to determine next steps
  • Be Responsible for identifying, gathering information, prioritizing, and piloting operational improvement projects and sharing findings
  • Developing tools focusing on labor deployment, throughput/capacity modeling, inventory control and ordering
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to create the best in-store experience for our operators and our guests
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, scope and determine areas of potential improvement.
  • Create user stories and provide cost modeling.
  • Work across the organization, to develop complete solutions, gain buy-in and ensure projects are fully scoped.
  • Prior projects working with stakeholders have included:
    • Developing labor requirements and standards for scheduling
    • Optimization of back of house technology systems for inventory and ordering
    • Evaluation of tools for daily prep and optimization of digital order fulfillment process
  • Be a strategic thinker and cross functional partner on very high priority and highly visibility projects to ensure the success and growth of CAVA.

 

The Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive high profile operations projects from idea and need to pilot completion
  • Success in Restaurant optimization strategy, gathering requirements, capturing data and telling the story
  • Strong Analytics skills to dive deep in the data to show trends and best practices.
  • Have the ability to work with all the stakeholders, listen and provide communication that is clear and concise.
  • Exceptional Data driven Microsoft Excel skills, BI skills and Presentation skills are a must
  • Demonstrated experience with analytical methods, ROI analysis, and project prioritization
  • Have the ability to translate complex ideas and concepts that can be understood by everyone
  • Be an active listener and ask thoughtful questions
