The Retention Account Manager will manage a territory of agency partners to build engagement in the program and articulate value. Using a variety of resources, they will host virtual agency trainings and educate staff on the tools available to them. It is a unique opportunity to use your Account Management skills to help our partner agencies make a direct impact to keep their communities safer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Independently manage a territory to foster program growth
- Build strong relationships with agency key players
- Educate agencies on program value through proactive engagement and virtual training sessions
- Support your agencies with any requested program needs
- Monitor data flow and troubleshoot transmission issues as needed
- Cultivate and grow existing relationships to increase product utilization
- Capture agency feedback to allow for continued product improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude in a collaborative environment
- Adaptability to rapidly adjust to new challenges
- Strength in functioning independently to structure daily workflow
- Solutions-oriented problem solving skills
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- 2+ years of Account Management experience
- Ability to report to the Centreville, VA office 3x per week
