Reporting to the Director of Customer Service, this position is responsible for:
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence when speaking with customers
- Maintain a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Address and resolve customer concerns to achieve first contact resolution
- Ability to identify customer concerns and correct an experience to ensure it is a positive one
- Review, record and organize information into the database
- Assist management in identifying trends to improve our customer experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Motivated, energetic, and driven person.
- Ability and desire to strive in a team environment.
- Ability to present oneself well over the phone.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Basic computer skills needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Any automobile mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required
Compensation for Customer Support Specialist:
- Hourly pay plus incentive
