- Ensure accuracy of client billing activities.
- Review and process unpaid or pending accounts.
- Manage over-payment and refunding activities.
- Identify and analyze potential fund risk level.
- Analyze, Collect and maintain customer account activities and necessary documentations.
- Participate in internal audits.
- Update customer account information as and when needed.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Quickly and accurately handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
