We are looking for a North America Marketing Manager that sees the potential of our brand and wants to join the journey of this fast-moving, exciting, and passionate start-up!
About the role
We are in need of someone experienced that can secure an impactful through-the-funnel (brand awareness & sales generation) marketing in NA, focused on the SoCal and NY areas. In alignment with the Global vision and identity of CAKE, this role will help us ensure brand awareness and engagement as well as product visibility and testing to drive quality lead generation.
You will report to the Head of Sales N.A, and the role is based in Los Angeles. You will work closely with the Global Communications Director and B2B & B2C Business Directors to contribute to our global strategy. Your work will include and is not limited to:
Own and deliver on budget for N.A Marketing, which consists of brand/trade events, field events, site events, lending of bikes for champions and performance (lead generation), and digital marketing
Working collaboratively with Global Communications as well as our B2B and B2C Business Areas Directors to deliver the overarching brand and business area goals, while developing cross-business marketing and sales/service opportunities in N.A
Drive regional marketing planning by translating global marketing strategies into regional plans and executions, emphasizing global consistency with local relevancy
In partnership with the N.A B2C and B2B commercial teams ensure all marketing activities are aligned through an integrated marketplace approach and development of sales marketing collateral
Identify new marketing opportunities for the N.A market as well as those with Global market potential and develop with Global Marketing and Business areas through to implementation and reporting
Define key events (trade shows) to showcase and launch products to drive business & field events to provide product visibility & testing to the target audience
Lead and execute day-to-day campaign management and strategy across multiple platforms
Be the go-to paid search resource for CAKE. Participate in and/or lead agency relationships and meetings and deliver in-house materials such as performance reports and presentations.
Execute email and drip campaigns internally, using Salesforce for audience segmentation and real-time lead generation.
Lead strategic and tactical paid search initiatives that drive, engage, and convert qualified traffic, using our core paid media channels.
Experience with email campaigns and management (Segmentation)
Work with the Global creative team to create local content
Manage and drive consultants and agencies in N.A
Who are you?
Qualifications
5-7 years of marketing experience working with lifestyle and tech brands. Automotive and Sustainability experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent. Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA) a plus
Marketing Cloud experiences such as Salesforce or another equivalent CRM database
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred

- Salary range - $80,000 - $110,000 USD yearly
