As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be an integral part of our team. You will be the face of CADY's customer support to our schools, students, parents, and studios across multiple states. If you have the willingness to exceed the customer's expectations, a positive attitude, and love a fast-paced environment, then this is the job for you!
This position may be full time, part-time, or seasonal (June to November) based on the candidate's availability and needs of the business. Will consider candidates that are in between permanent jobs or looking for summer work.

Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
- Resolves complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer.
- May be assigned to support products that are more complex or critical including managing sensitive or at-risk customers.
- Analyzes customer's service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
- Participates in ongoing department training activities including one on one and group training sessions.
- Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. May assist or mentor junior team members.
- Typically requires 3 years or more of customer service, call center and/or photography industry experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or a combination of work and education.
- Able to work as a team player and independently.
- Attention to detail, strong active listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Proficient knowledge in Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA. (By Avalon)
- Flexible availability Monday-Saturday any hours between 8:30am- 8:30pm.
