Director, Advanced Audience Analytics (DMP)

Dynamic, Entrepreneurial Marketing Consulting Company is seeking an Adobe Audience Analytics Lead, to join our bench Data Science consulting team. The Lead will drive, implement and execute audience targeting and strategy for our Fortune 500 clients. We seek a self-starter who can quickly ramp up on new technologies.

  • Create and maintain audience strategies across Adobe as well as other advertising platforms and formats (BlueKai, Krux)
  • Leverage DMP's to analyze, create and syndicate audience segments
  • Develop testing and targeting strategies
  • Data and analytics driven decision making
  • Ability to plan and manage to campaign and media schedules
  • Use statistics and programming skills to develop audience targeting, segmentation and measurement solutions in a public cloud environment
  • Generate audience insights by merging and analyzing large customer and prospect datasets
  • Develop predictive models for audience selection and activation
  • Support media campaign execution, by partnering with agency teams for syndication of segments and coordination across other channel execution
  • Develop presentations around analytical outcomes to clients in a business-friendly manner

· Self Starter with ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies

Job Experience

· 8+ years experience in advanced analytics at a digital agency, with experience in Adobe (Full Stack)

Prefer Adobe certified (Adobe Audience)

Experience working with Data Management Platforms (DMP): Bluekai, Krux, Adobe Audience

· Hands on experience creating insights from using raw digital data (site analytics, adservers logs)

  • Experience using statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis and experimental design, etc. to solve business problems
  • Experience with Amazon / Google public cloud environment (preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to tie data to business objectives, and tell a cohesive story

· Consulting, agency or ad tech experience required

Required Qualifications:

Education: MBA or graduate degree in quantitative field preferred

Computing Experience: Extensive experience with SQL and R or SAS

Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral presentation skills

Client Management: Ability to manage client expectations, delivery and provide thought leadership

Additional Skills: Strong problem solving and consulting skills; takes initiative
