Company Description

We are hiring an AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. They will provide dedicated customer support while communicating effectively and accurately recording customer concerns. This position will require clear and professional communication skills, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and in-depth knowledge of our client's products and clients. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a passion for working with customers to solve problems efficiently and with maximum customer experience scores.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


Qualifications

Skills
  • Proven customer support or retail experience
  • Strong in-person contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
