C2 is seeking an *Instructor/Subject Matter Expert *on B-52 Pilot operations for B-52 Combat Aircrew Training/Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) contract. *Summary* Instruct B-52H Pilot initial qualification and requalification students in classroom academics, mission planning laboratories, part-task trainers, cockpit mock-ups, Weapons Systems Trainers (WSTs), VR lab, and B-52 Egress Trainers. *Responsibilities * * Design and develop classroom presentation based instructional courseware to support the B-52 Pilot syllabi. Create/update instructor guides and student textbooks, mission trainer packages, and labs for multiple aircraft systems. * Collaborate with programmers to develop computer based training (CBT) courseware to support the B-52 Pilot syllabi. * Identify training deficiencies in simulator operations that affect student training. * Work with simulator programmers to validate software/hardware updates to simulator operations. * Maintain technical expertise in B-52H aircraft systems and hardware, Pilot hardware and software systems, weapons and weapons-related hardware/software, B-52 operational procedures and B-52 tactical employment procedures. *Requirements * * Qualified in the aircraft within last 7 years or qualified as a contract instructor within the preceding two years in the B-52. * Previous flight instructor/evaluator experience in any B-52 model. * Must have completed a formal Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI) course (or attend within six months after start of training as an instructor). Completion of the Air Combat Command Academic Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent satisfies the CRI requirement. * Must be proficient in the use of MS Office programs All job requirements are subject to possible revision to reflect changes in the position requirements or to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
