SUMMARY INSIDE SALES:

To provide support for the Area Sales Manager through quoting, order processing, internal follow-up, and organizing the sales pipeline.


SUMMARY PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Handle and coordinate all direct sales and key account projects. Responsible for providing top level customer service for all National Accounts.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INSIDE SALES:

  • Attend all required team meetings
  • Handle operational tasks including:
    • Quotes for all opportunities including complete doors, parts, and warranty
    • Order processing for all orders
    • Update all contact related data in Sales Force
    • Manage pipeline updates accordingly
    • Shop drawing communication with engineer and follow-up
  • Maintaining customer relationships if directly involved in customer communications (situational)
  • Customer communication can include order status, product knowledge and requests, pricing knowledge and requests, and follow-up
  • Work with finance on any orders processed on credit hold and assist in resolving any credit disputes
  • Partner with sales team to meet and exceed customer’s expectations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Coordinate with the Director of National Accounts to understand project requirements
  • Shop drawing communication internally and externally
  • Responsible for all operation tasks including quoting and order processing (similar to inside sales)
  • Handle installation quotes, comparing pricing and efficiency to maintain profitability
  • Send purchase orders to installers and equipment suppliers as needed
  • Create project summary with cost breakdown and DI# in Salesforce
  • Schedule the installation and coordination with the installer and customer including freight coordination
  • Warranty fulfillment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Project Management Software
  • Other skills required: CRM experience preferred
