SPANISH LANGUAGE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER:

Our client is a high growth, high-energy company that designs, markets and distributes the most popular package goods and supplies in the food industry. This dynamic company sells and distributes unique products to supermarkets, grocery and specialty retail stores throughout North America; offering value based items that help customers move their highest margin goods.

Summary:
We are seeking candidates with bilingual English & Spanish language skills who can effectually communicate with our clients large Hispanic/Latino customer base. We are open to backgrounds, including new graduates (entry level) or those with more work experience. The company will provide necessary product/market training and mentorship. Position will report to the office located in Anoka, MN and be part of the Account Management team. We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who can thrive in a like-minded group environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for day to day matters specific to your assigned accounts
  • Respond to all customer requests, inquiries and feedback in a timely manner; primarily over the phone, supplemented through email communication
  • Offer customers product solutions and resolve questions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Help drive company initiatives by communicating new product offerings and licensing/seasonal programs
  • Provide product and process information along with marketing materials to aid in customer decision making both at a product and program level
  • Develop “best practice” strategies and help to replicate success for multiple customers
  • Maintain quarterly contact with each account; supporting their unique needs
  • Understand customers long and short-term goals to provide custom solutions; aligning company offerings to solve problems and drive customers success
  • Collect and use data to develop account specific strategies; i.e. indexing product category performance against other like customers to recognize potential opportunities
  • Maintain up to date account data in CRM – contacts, phone, email, catalog mailing list, channel alignment and notes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client’s need fulfillment (Marketing, Product, Admin, Creative, Customer Support, etc.)
  • Identify and communicate Market and Industry trends
  • Provide Customer feedback to internal teams, advocating for the client to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must have proven bilingual English & Spanish Language and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to report to the office location in Anoka, MN
  • Must be able to quickly gain rapport and build strong working relationships with accounts and internal teams
  • Must have strong knowledge of office operations with solid computer knowledge and aptitude for understanding and utilizing technology within business (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Webinars, Skype and Conference calls)
  • Open to backgrounds and experience level including new/recent graduates
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently but also able to collaborate and work well within cross-functional teams
  • Passion for the business and a strong sense of urgency with thorough follow-up
  • Ability to effectively address day-to-day operational issues while staying focused on long-term objectives
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills with ability to make sound, fact based decisions
  • Great organizational skills, detailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Able to thrive in a fun, fast-paced, supportive team environment and culture

Compensation:
Includes attractive base salary depending on experience, very achievable bonus/commission plan (20% of salary), plus profit sharing into 401K (2-3% of salary) and complete employee benefits.
