CAD Operator / REVIT Architectural Drafter

Job Posting: CAD Operator / REVIT Architectural Drafter

Full Time Position

$20 - $30 an hour based on experience

We are looking for a detail oriented CAD Operator who has understanding of the overall function of Autodesk Revit LT 2022 in residential architecture. This is a full time position working in office. Compensation based on experience.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Qualifications:

·         5+ years of experience in Revit / AutoCad

·         Proficiency in Revit, AutoCad, 3D modeling

·         General construction knowledge of building systems, codes and construction methods

·         Experience in residential construction and architecture

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to work independently

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Create presentation drawings and renderings to convey design concepts to clients through 3D modeling, video and Revit

·         Produce construction documents in Revit

·         Make necessary corrections per building department permit plan reviews
