We are an FAA approved repair station and manufacturer for custom aviation safety restraints seeking a Preliminary Inspector/Customer Service Rep. to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for many tasks including incoming inspection of aviation safety restraints who will have direct communication with customers to assist and guide the customer on their orders received for repairs, as well as taking orders for our newly manufactured restraints. We are a small fast paced business in the aviation industry seeking a quick learner and a cheerful easygoing attitude who would love to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Work Orders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of FAA regulations or previous aviation experience
