Shipping & Receiving Clerk

C&C Lift is a growing forklift dealership. We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who is ready for a challenging and rewarding opportunity at our company. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform unpacking of shipment deliveries
• Prepare items for shipment
• Pull parts for internal shop or customer orders
• Receive in items, verifying paperwork is correct
• Verify parts counts and part numbers match both PO and packing slip
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Consolidate shipping orders
• Manage inventories
• Answer phones
• Package materials appropriately
• Organize and clean parts storage areas

Additional Requirements:

• High School Diploma or certified equivalent
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Must have strong clerical skills
• Familiarity working with Windows and Microsoft office suite

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods standing, sitting at a desk, typing, and working on a computer
• Can lift up to 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license
