The ideal candidate will be based near our Waltham, Ma or Lake Worth, FL offices. We are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorization for this role.
We are seeking an organized, motivated and flexible Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced, growing company! This is a great opportunity for someone who strives to attract diverse talent, build a strong pipeline, identify top talent and candidates for hiring managers. You will also have the opportunity to develop and negotiate offers while offering a top notch experience for potential candidates. What You'll Do:
+ Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Source and screen a qualified, diverse pool of applicants, schedule interviews, conduct offer and hiring process
+ Partner with company departments, build relationships with hiring teams and candidates to provide a great candidate and interviewer experience
+ Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage 10 plus postings at any given time
+ Attend career events and job fairs
+ 2- 3 years of experience in high volume, full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of functional and technical roles.
+ Associates or Bachelors’ in Human Resources (or related field) plus 1+ years of experience OR 4+ years of recruiting experience

+ Sense of Urgency: You are accustomed to, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you multi-task and prioritize well.

+ Experience with applicant tracking systems, as well as a variety of tools for sourcing
