Job Description
The Customer Payments Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the information services that go into getting our customers paid. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets including high-impact financial data. This person will work closely with our technical teams including database managers, and Salesforce.com developers as well as finance/accounting, sales and service staff.

An aptitude for problem solving is necessary for success in this role. There will be monthly and quarterly deadlines with significant impact on the organization. The scope of this role is expected to grow as we continue to add partners and expand. There is potential for this role to interact with executives and other key business leaders. As such a high level of competence is essential.

Responsibilities include:
Specific activities include but are not limited to:
Auditing and validating payment files used to cut checks for members.
Maintenance of Salesforce.com CRM records pertaining payments.
Gather feedback and requirements from brand stakeholders, translating business needs into technical action.
Collaborates with Business and Data Information services to ensure continuous process improvement.
Preparing reports for Internal customers.

Education and Experience Required
B.S./ B.A. degree from 4-year college preferred.
Accounting, Business, Economics or Information Services preferred but not required.
5 years related experience preferred
Experience working with high-impact financial information.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working with Salesforce.com with the ability to collaborate with technical resources to move projects forward.
